Ease of access - well with R27 on your doorstep and ease of access to N1 and N7 - you can't go wrong. Leaving the bed and breakfast you can travel for only a short while and you'll be in Wine Country (Wine Route). Going the other way will take you to False Bay or Hout Bay. A little before that is the City Bowl and the Waterfront.
